DR. GhazinyanDr. Artur Ghazinyan is the Director for European Studies at Yerevan State University. He is also the Programme Director of the MA Programme in Human Rights and Democratization in Eastern Partnership Countries. Dr. Ghazinyan has a vast experience in academic and governmental institutions Dr. Ghazinyan holds Bachelor’s degree in Law (YSU), Master’s degree in Law (YSU) and PhD (YSU). Dr. Ghazinyan defended his PhD on “The role of European Judicial Bodies in Human Rights Protection: Legal Comparative Study of Luxembourg-Strasbourg Case Law”

Dr. Ghazinyan’s research interests lie within EU law, Human Rights, EU energy security. He is a Lecturer in General course of European law, The institutions and procedures of European Union and European Judicial Human Rights Protection:

Luxemburg and Strasbourg at Law and International Relations Faculties.

Artur Ghazinyan participated in a number of conferences and workshops. He authored and edited a considerable number of articles and publications.
